As technical experts that leads the ICT of JR East Group, our company has been providing various solutions to better respond to the trust placed in the company by its customers and to contribute to the realization of affluent lives for all.

JEIS possesses the technology to establish excellent quality systems based on its experience in the development of railway systems. Currently, we provide support for social infrastructures in various ways: we have developed over 200 systems and applications and we also design and manage data centers, cloud infrastructure, and networks, as well as provide security measures. Furthermore, to foster human resources capable of creating new values, we are continuing our efforts to further improve training and personnel development systems and various career development paths, as well as provide opportunities for the sharing of knowledge and technologies.

Society is currently undergoing rapid change with work reforms and the acceleration of DX (Digital Transformation). So, in order to address this significant societal change, we have formulated the “JEIS neXt ~Mid-term Management Plan 2025~,” which we will be working on for the next three years, starting in FY2023.

Under the "JEIS neXt," we will continue with the solid system development and high-quality service provision that we have already established, as well as focusing on the newly established Innovative Solution Division to promote the modernization of our systems, and by actively utilizing cutting-edge ICT and new development technologies, we will fully support our customers’ businesses and provide unprecedented “new value.”
